Job Description:
Are you looking to work for a growing, caring organization? Look no further! CareMore is hiring a dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing sale team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for selling Medicare products through grassroots efforts, assigned physician offices, networking, and referral business.
Responsibilities Include:
• Achieve or exceed pre-determined monthly sales goals
• Field and/or originate sales calls to qualify prospects and to capture prospect data using various communication approaches
• Determines appropriate channel to maximize and minimize acquisition costs
• Conducts group and/or individual sales presentations, closes eligible members on site
• Ensures all sales calls/leads are documented in database (CRM)
• Represents company at community/employer/company sponsored events to generate leads and promote company product/service
• Schedule appointments via outbound/inbound calls to eligible Medicare recipients
• Develops and maintains leads, solicits referrals from established business
• Conducting telemarketing prospects, when appropriate
• Conducting retention efforts, as determined appropriate/necessary
• Working Age-Ins (64 year old prospects 3 months prior to their 65th birthday)
• Supporting local area sales meetings
• Maintain extensive provider knowledge in assigned territory - develop relationships with key providers that meet strategic objectives, while creating sales opportunities
• Conduct provider activities, pursuant to guidelines
• Maintain extensive competitive product knowledge
• Manage self-generated business - manage book of business by generating referrals and enrollment through self-generated activities
• Establish consistent monthly Primary Care Physician (PCP) visits to secure enrollments and promote referral, as assigned
• Build long-term relationships with PCP offices
1. Know the office staff and decision makers on a first name basis
2. Earn the right to, and ask for referrals on every visit
3. Address PCP/Medical Group concerns through Provider Relations
• Conduct grassroots and community-based activities with key centers of influence - develop relationship with key centers of influence (senior centers, community leaders)
• Conduct sales presentations at in-homes, group sales meetings and special events, to sell the CareMore Health Plan
• Ability to effectively present the CareMore Health Plans in a group or individual setting, with professionalism and confidence
• Attend appropriate staff meetings
• Maintain and uphold CareMore Health Plan conducts of business
• Utilize determined methods of lead management appropriately • Manage books of business appropriately and to department standards
• Responsible for daily call into the sales manager or administrative assistant to report on days activities
Education and Experience:
• At least 2-5 years outside sales experience within the healthcare industry and/or Medicare sales experience
• Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must have and maintain, in good-standing, State Department of Insurance, Life Agent Licensure and State Driver’s License
• Strong relationship building skills
• Proficiency in telemarketing to self-generate leads & sales
• Excellent communication and marketing skills are a must
• Polished, professional and focused
• Vietnamese-English bi-lingual preferred, but not required
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical Calculations
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM experience required
