CareMore offers a variety of Value Added Items & Services (VAIS) based on your plan type and county. Some plan types do not qualify for all services. Please contact CareMore’s member services department at 1-800-499-2793 to verify your eligibility.

The products and services described are neither ordered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, they are not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these products and services may be subject to the CareMore grievance process. All services are available through December 31, 2010.
