When you need medical care fast, we're ready even after your doctor's office is closed. CareMore offers patients medical care after office hours or on weekends and holidays at these convenient Urgent Care Centers. Because each center's hours may vary, we recommend that you call for the urgent care check-in hours prior to your visit.
You must use network providers to get your medical care and services. The only exceptions are emergencies, urgently needed care when the network is not available (generally, when you are out of the area), out-of-area dialysis services, and cases in which CareMore authorizes use of out-of-network providers. If you obtain routine care from out-of-network providers neither Medicare
nor CareMore will be responsible for the costs.
