Low-income Medicare eligibles have many good reasons to join CareMore Connect. As the plan name suggests, it "Connects" beneficiaries to programs and services specially designed for their needs and lifestyle. Coordinated care has never meant as much as it does now for a CareMore member. You must be eligible for Medicare and Medi-Cal to enroll in the CareMore Connect Plan.
