Meghna Patel

Meghna and her team lead the way in ensuring our patients receive the right care at the right time. She does this by designing products centered around patient experience and clinical outcomes to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Meghna is a problem-solver with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in provider and payor, clinical nursing, technology startups, and consulting.

Before being appointed to her current position, she served in multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Operational Excellence. Prior to joining the team, Meghna served as a Consulting Manager at Empiric Health, Clinical Informatics Consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, and Nurse Case Manager at Oscar Health Insurance.

As a provider, her experience includes clinical nursing — pediatric critical and surgical care at Duke University Medical Center, adult surgical oncology nursing at UNC Health, and geriatric home health case management — and leading a Clinical Analytics team at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford.

Meghna earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Duke University, a Bachelor of Science in psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Master of Business Administration from Union College, and a Master of Public Health from Dartmouth College.
