Michael McCarthy

Michael is a dedicated leader whose mission is to help people live a healthier life. He directs general and network management teams for our advanced primary care division, helping patients access whole-person care to address their unique needs in moments that matter.

Michael has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, product development and management, and network strategy. Before joining our team, he held multiple leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare, including health plan CEO and COO, where his focus was the Medicare line of business.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in religious studies with a minor in English Literature from California State University, Long Beach. He received a Certificate in Business from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
