Dr. Paul Mikulecky

Paul is a dynamic and transformation leader who oversees our clinical providers, management services organizations, quality processes, and lines of business across the country including commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage.

He has an extensive background in primary care, hospital medicine, and population health, as well as health plan, utilization, and care management. Paul’s strategic and collaborative work style ensures our physicians and care delivery systems are equipped to provide the best possible experience to our patients.

Before joining our team, Paul held executive leadership roles at Humana, was a senior partner in a hospitalist group, and was a practicing internal medicine physician.

Paul earned a medical doctorate from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and received a Master of Business Administration in healthcare administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
