Shaden Marzouk, MD, MBA
President of CareMore Health and Aspire Health

Dr. Shaden Marzouk, MBA, is President of CareMore Health and Aspire Health. Previously, she was at AXA, where she served as Managing Director, Asia Health and Global Health Innovation. Formerly, Shaden held several leadership roles at Cardinal Health, including Chief Medical Officer. Prior to Cardinal Health, she was at Goldman Sachs.

Dr. Marzouk began her career as a neurosurgeon and was Chief of Neurosurgery, a Major in the United States Army, and served in Iraq. She also holds an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Andrew Aronson
Andrew Aronson, MD FACEP
CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER

Dr. Aronson brings more than 15 years of Population Health and Managed Care experience.  Prior to joining CareMore and Aspire, he was at Fresenius Medical Care North American, where he served as the SVP Chief Clinical Operations Officer of Fresenius Health Partners.  He has also held several leadership roles with Privia Health, Cigna/HealthSpring, and Bravo Health.

Dr. Aronson trained in Emergency Medicine and completed his residency at the Harvard Combined Emergency Medicine Residency Program. He practiced academic emergency medicine early in his career.  Dr. Aronson  is an associate editor of the journal: Population Health Management.

Alexis Megeath

VP of Operations

As VP of Operations, Alexis is responsible for the growth and performance of all CareMore markets across the country, as well as enterprise business operations supporting the organization’s mission and corporate objectives. She has oversight of the national patient care center, mobile operations, claims and delegated functions, and contracting and implementation. Alexis is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in the Healthcare and Insurance & Financial industries. Known for developing strategic operational plans, meeting growth targets, and building high-performing teams, her skills are aligned to help us achieve our goals of growth, scale and strengthening core operations. 

Alexis comes to CareMore from the Matrix Medical Network, where she served as Vice President Strategic & Quality Operations since 2014, leading P&L & cost/process improvement strategies for Coding and Clinical Quality Documentation Improvement, as well as Credentialing, Physician Compliance, Provider Enrollment, Medical Records and Regulatory Operations. Prior to that she served as Director of Quality Management & Improvement for the Aetna Medicaid Business Unit in Phoenix, Arizona, responsible for corporate-wide Medicaid/Duals quality management programs. Her preceding roles as VP-IT at Coventry Healthcare and Nationwide Insurance round out her experience in building successful systems.

David Hsieh

STAFF VP, FINANCIAL STRATEGY & PLAN

As VP of Finance, David leads the accounting, financial planning, strategic analysis and reporting functions for the organization.  He provides financial oversight of the business and is a key member of the leadership team.

David has had a long-standing career in healthcare, helping both payers and providers with their growth, performance and profitability objectives. Known for his problem solving, analysis and leadership contributions, David has focused on delivering financial results through revenue cycle management, mitigation of medical cost drivers, improved unit cost pricing, and a disciplined approach to administrative spending. He is experienced in managing multiple stakeholder viewpoints in a matrixed organization and instilling a collaborative style in  creating solutions.

Before joining Anthem, David held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, DaVita, and Deloitte.  He received his MBA in Finance from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering.
