Shaden Marzouk
President of CareMore Health and Aspire Health

Shaden Marzouk, M.D., M.B.A. is President of CareMore Health and Aspire Health. Previously, she was at AXA, where she served as Managing Director, Asia Health and Global Health Innovation. Formerly, Shaden held several leadership roles at Cardinal Health, including Chief Medical Officer. Prior to Cardinal Health, she was at Goldman Sachs.

Dr. Marzouk began her career as a neurosurgeon and was Chief of Neurosurgery, a Major in the United States Army, and served in Iraq. She also holds an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Vivek Garg, MD, MBA
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Vivek Garg is CareMore Health's Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and leads the organization's care delivery, clinical strategy, and clinical innovation. As CMO, Dr. Garg will drive the continued evolution of the CareMore Health model to serve complex, high-cost, and high-need patients. He was previously CareMore’s Chief Product Officer where he led growth strategy, product development, implementation and learning & development nationally at CareMore. He is dedicated to the goal of humanizing healthcare and achieving the triple aim, through patient-centered care delivery redesign. He also serves as an advisor to early-stage healthcare start-ups.

Before joining CareMore Health, Dr. Garg was Director of Medical Operations & Medical Director at Oscar Insurance - a high-growth, consumer-focused and technology-enabled healthcare company focused on redesigning the health insurance and care delivery experience. He was also Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. Prior to Oscar, Dr. Garg was Medical Director at One Medical Group, a nationally recognized, rapidly growing primary care system, where he led initiatives in quality, population health, and telemedicine. His prior work experience spans the public, private, and non-profit sectors, including positions with McKinsey & Company and the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, a leading Congressional advisory body on payment innovation in Medicare.

He trained in internal medicine at Brigham & Women's Hospital, where he practiced primary care at Faulkner Hospital and was a clinical fellow at Harvard Medical School. He received his MD and MBA from Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School, respectively, and graduated summa cum laude from Yale University.

Michael Plumb
Vice President of Finance

Michael Plumb has 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has served in an executive leadership role at CareMore Health since 2010 when he joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining CareMore Health, Mike held various executive and consulting positions within the healthcare industry, including time at United Healthcare, PacifiCare and Kaiser Health Plan. He holds a degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego and a Master’s in Business Administration from The Haas School of Business in Berkeley, California.

Vinay Kulkarni
Head of Information Technology

Vinay Kulkarni is Head of Information Technology for CareMore Health. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology, data, analytics and IT support for clinical care center across CareMore Health.

Vinay has over 20 years of experience in IT. Prior to joining CareMore Health, Vinay was Staff Vice President of Digital Technologies at Anthem, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining application systems that supported Anthem's Sales systems. Prior to that, he held various roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of Application Development, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Database Modeling, Architecture and Process Reengineering in Healthcare, finance and manufacturing industries.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University, India.
