Robert Weissinger
Robert Weissinger, DO, ARMO
Associate Regional Medical Officer

Dr. Weissinger is an Osteopathic physician who is double boarded in Family Medicine and Hospice/Palliative Medicine. Born and raised in Des Moines and a graduate of Des Moines University, Dr. Weissinger completed his residency at Des Moines General Hospital and then began a rural Family Practice career in Panora and Stuart, Iowa. “Dr. Bob,” as he is known to his patients and colleagues, has primary interests in medicine that include chronic and complex disease management and end-of-life care.

Larissa Biscoe
Larissa Biscoe, MPAS, PA-C
Physician Assistant

Larissa Biscoe joined CareMore Iowa in 2019. She received her liberal arts bachelor’s degree in biology and Spanish in 2010 from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota and graduated from Des Moines University’s Physician Assistant Program in 2012. She spent her first seven years practicing family medicine to underserved populations at a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in the Quad Cities. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, well woman health, and focusing on social determinants of health factors that impact clinical outcomes.

Jin Peng
Jinxia (Jin) Peng, ARNP
Family Nurse Practitioner

Jin was born and raised in China. She graduated with her associate degree in nursing in 1989 and later received her bachelor’s degree in nursing and master’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Jin has experience working in various medical settings, including surgical floors and ICUs. She is passionate about health prevention and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. Jin is a member of the Iowa Nurse Practitioner Association. Outside of work, Jin is an adventurer who loves outdoor activities. She also loves to travel with her husband, their two grown boys and their partners.

Lindsay Racey
Lindsay Racey
Staff VP & General Manager

Lindsay has been part of the team at CareMore since September 2020. She leads CareMore Health’s markets in the Central East region, including Iowa, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin and Illinois. Prior to her time at CareMore, Lindsay had 15 years of experience as a senior leader in the healthcare industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in management with an emphasis in healthcare management from Kaplan University. Lindsay is an Iowa native and is based in the Des Moines metro area.
