By fully supporting our providers through education, compliance auditing, and documentation expertise, we help ensure our patients’ continuum of care are consistent, accurate, and communicates their health profiles in a way that ensures they get the high quality care they deserve.
CareMore’s Risk Adjustment Training Team provides training, coding education, and support for CareMore’s employed and contracted providers with an emphasis on painting a clear clinical picture. This is to help drive clear communication between providers as well as help improve clinical outcomes for our members. The Risk Adjustment Training team is charged with ensuring that both our contracted and employed providers and staff feel supported when it comes to all their documentation and coding needs.
